Yes, CMS provides extensive training via webinar and other channels for exisitng employees,howvever training for new employees is minimal. Providing SOPS and guidance through memos is helpful when you have the experience nevertheless when you are brand new to an agency it would be very helpful to have at least one week of formal classroom training.
