User Registration
I can't figure out how to register (i.e. get a login id & password), so that I can submit a question. Please let me know how to do this. Surprisingly, I just see the login/password boxes, with no option for a new user. Thanks.

Zipped Files
For two months now, all zipped files are coming up as corrupt when you attempt to open them. This is significantly hampering our ability to read posted manuals, notices and regulations. How much longer before it will be fixed?

Two EHR incentive related links need fixed
I really like the design of the new page, however two EHR incentive links are unavailable. The first one is the Guide to CQMs which was prreviously found on https://www.cms.gov/Regulations-and-Guidance/Legislation/EHRIncentivePrograms/downloads//Guide_to_CQMS.pdf. The second link error is for the Hospital Attestation worksheet previously found @ https://www.cms.gov/Regulations-and-Guidance/Legislation/EHRIncentivePrograms/downloads//Hospital_Attestation_Worksheet.pdf Thank you

Fix link error
Link error - when I select "Internet Only Manuals" the page comes up and within a few seconds changes to another page of manuals, and I can no longer get to the first page of manuals for example the 100-04 Claims Processing Manual.

medicare coverage database
This database used to be listed under 'tools' on the old site. 'Tools' is now completely gone and the only way I can find the database is by doing a search.

We apologize for this information being unavailable. While we work to add this to Medicaid.gov, the material may still be accessed on our archive site here: http://wayback.archive-it.org/2744/20111124150222/http:/www.cms.gov/home/medicaid.asp

Finding Drug Rebate Medicaid
On the old view under Drug Rebate Medicaid Program we could find everything we needed, I can't find anything anymore and the links that are there are broken. Either send out email that tells us where everything has been moved or fix and add missing links on the current page. We need this information in order to do our jobs and it is no where to be found.
