Please include guidance to get back to main screen from links/tabs
Once you open a link, it is not clear how to get back to the main website. If you close out of the link, you inadvertently close out of the website and have to log back in. Maybe a feature can be added something like "click here to get back to website." Or, possibly include a statement on the main screen to use the arrows to navigate back to the main page if you click on one of the links. Thank you.

Fix link error
Link error - when I select "Internet Only Manuals" the page comes up and within a few seconds changes to another page of manuals, and I can no longer get to the first page of manuals for example the 100-04 Claims Processing Manual.

User Registration
I can't figure out how to register (i.e. get a login id & password), so that I can submit a question. Please let me know how to do this. Surprisingly, I just see the login/password boxes, with no option for a new user. Thanks.
