Bridge services from state to state
Create a bridge for those in need of transferring from one state to another, and stop the denials this puts a hardship on the individual and family as well as the nursing home, as it did for my Mother who is mentally ill and her health declined and we had to move her closer to a relative. State of TN denied her services and denied our appeal. Where she was already approved in the State of FL. There are 3 1/2 months of bills that are going unpaid.

The same thing is happening to a good friend who lives in SC and needs treatment in NC. He is dying of cancer, has been approved for a study at Duke but now is denied because he lives in SC
