How can we improve the Medicaid.gov website?

Is it possible to have a life insurance policy and still get medicaid ?

        Medicaid is available to disabled children under the age of 21 in 36 states, regardless of family income, so the answer is almost certainly "yes." However, Medicaid is the "payer of last resort" (except in schools) so your private insurance would have to be billed first and whatever they don't cover can be funded by Medicaid if it is shown to be "medically necessary" according to the definition active in your state. Most of these definitions are extremely broad, especially under the EPSDT mandate of Medicaid which exists in all 50 states.
